Does service happen immediately?

We aim to get you on service within 2 weeks of signup (sometimes it can be within a few days, but it all depends on how our route scheduling falls!).

I have been billed but haven’t received service yet, when will you come out?

The credit card you used on signup is billed on the day you sign up, and you may notice that you have been billed but not received service yet. We don’t schedule our routes to deliver service on billing dates. Logistically this would be very difficult and would result in an inefficient route for us. We schedule each calendar month’s service according to stated garbage pickup days, geographic location, subscription status and for route efficiency – if your subscription is active and paid, barring extraneous circumstances, we will have you on schedule for the calendar month that corresponds with your payment.

How do I know when you are coming out to clean my trash cans?

You will receive an email the night before service (night before one of your trash pickup days) to let you know that we will be visiting and remind to leave your can(s) curbside and empty after pickup.

My recycling pickup is on a different day than my garbage, how will that work?

It is usually pretty straightforward to accommodate this. We ask that you call us at 407-614-614-2 or send us a message to make arrangements.

What if I am out of town or on Vacation?

If you are out of town, on vacation or there is another reason preventing you from having your trash cans available for us to clean, please give us as much notice as possible to allow us to reschedule.

What if I don’t leave my cans out and miss service?

If you don’t leave your trash can out on your service day, after we have sent prior notification, we don’t usually arrange for a revisit. In some cases where our scheduling and route allows, we may try to reschedule one more time for that month’s cleaning.

THIS IS AT OUR DISCRETION.

If you are out of town, or planning to be out of town – we ask that you contact us with as much notice as possible so we can make the necessary changes to accommodate this.

When will you begin cleaning my trash cans?

We try to get you on our trash can cleaning schedule as soon as possible after signup. Sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks for us to get you on schedule due to the logistics of cleaning trash cans behind so many different city and municipal solid waste pickup routes!

If we have no notice, and your trash can(s) are not available for cleaning on the pre-notified service day, you will still be charged for that month’s trash can cleaning service.

How am I billed?

You are billed monthly or bi-monthly, or quarterly depending your visitation frequency, on the same date that you signed up.

Why does my Bin not look like new?

As much as we would love to wave a magic wand and make every trash can look brand, spanking new after we have cleaned it… often, it is just not possible.

With years of grabbing, tipping and scraping the plastic can be worn and scratched – beyond what any kind of cleaning can fix. Also, many cans have had harsh chemicals, solvents, paints, construction adhesives and various incarnations of grease, foods, animal waste and household items disposed of in them.

Sometimes, there may still be staining or marks on the trash can surface following our trash can cleaning. This is staining that can’t be removed using conventional cleaning methods – but rest assured our high temperature, high pressure cleaning system will clean and sanitize you trash can interior. Furthermore, our enzyme-based deodorizer will work on the foul odors in your Bin, even after we have left!

What Happens if there is Trash inside the bins?

We understand that sometimes there is debris left in the bottom of the bin after collection. we remove the debris and bag it before cleaning the bin. Yet if there is a large amount of content of the bins, we will not do service.
